    In the US-based Mountain Land Running Medicine Podcast, Rasmus Nielsen shared viewpoints on running injury prevention and treatment.

    How much running, is too much?

    The Podcast presents very relaxed, easy-to-understand discussion on the topic of "How much running, is too much?" Emphasis is drawn towards running as a necessary cause to running injury development and that we (theoretically) consider sudden change in running; load magnitude (eg. Running with a high BMI); and load distribution (eg. changing running shoes) as major contributors to injury development.
