Video-based quantification are commonly used in the clinical setting. In particular, 2D video analyses are used by physiotherapists to evaluate on movement patterns during running. The article published by Camma et al. encourage clinicians to keep using 2D motion analysis techniques in clinical practice to quantify the knee and hip angles in healthy runners.
