Karen Krogh Johansen

Position:

She is currently employed as a research assistant in a project exploring eating disorders and low energy availability in runners. The aim of this project is to proceed into a PhD in 2019 and further investigation on the topic.

RUNSAFE affiliation:

Karen focuses on the aetiology and prevention of health issues among runners. Her current project is in close collaborations with Mia Beck Lichtenstein (SDU), Rasmus Nielsen, Mette Hansen and Vassilis Sevdalis. Also, Karen has participated in the RUNSAFE meetings and international conferences since 2013.
